TUI allows one free under-seat bag measuring 40x30x20cm. This must fit completely under the seat in front of you and is included with every ticket.

If your fare includes a cabin bag, you may bring a case up to 55x40x20cm with a maximum weight of 10kg, in addition to your under-seat bag.

Yes, TUI staff can check both the size and weight of your cabin bag. Overhead cabin luggage must not exceed 10kg, while your under-seat bag has no weight limit but must remain within the size allowance.
